A healthy dessert that makes use of fresh fruit and a grill! Simple, elegant and way tasty!
Peaches (as many as you like)
1- large container of Greek Vanilla Yogurt
Small amount of – Olive oil and a brush
1- Bag of Shelled Pistachios
Drizzles of honey
Wash and cut open the peaches, remove pit.
Brush each cut open side with a bit of olive oil
Place this side down on a hot grill and grill for about 3-4 minutes until dark grill marks appear
Remove and place on top of or near a dollop of greek vanilla yogurt
Drizzle with honey
Sprinkle with pistachios
