A healthier version of oatmeal raisin cookies with applesauce in place of the oil and eggs.
I can’t remember where I got this recipe but I’m sure it was somewhere on Facebook even though I can no longer find it anywhere on my page?
Oh well, that’s what I get for waiting so long to post.
I guess if the original poster sees this and it’s theirs – I’m sure they will let me know.
1/3 cup- applesauce
2 cups- gluten- free oats (or regular if you don’t have a sensitivity to gluten)
1/4 cup- almond milk
1/2 cup- raisins
1 tsp. – vanilla
1 tsp.- cinnamon
Add all other ingredients and mix well
Bake on a parchment paper covered cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
