I’m in love with this shake!
I’ve been making this in the morning after I go on my bike ride and it’s not only filling and easy to make but did you know that peanut butter, almonds and chocolate milk are foods they say help keep your belly flat? Hey… call me vain, but every little bit helps.
I’ve even made this for a late night snack and meal replacement shake. You decide.
Ingredients:
1 – Banana
2 cups – Chocolate Almond Milk
2 Tablespoons – Pure Ground Peanut Butter (I buy mine at a farmer’s market where it’s just peanuts ground up, nothing else)
1 cup ice- optional
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender and well… blend.
If using ice, add that after ingredients are well blended using the ‘ice crush’ button
*I used to add ice to make it thicker, but tend to like it without. The milk keeps it cold and the banana makes it a good consistency.
